Lying Prone (on your tummy)

Adults need tummy time too!

How often do you lie on your tummy anymore?


Can you do it without back pain?


Can you do it without neck pain?



Being able to lie on your stomach is a great test to see: 1) why you have chronic low back pain, 2) if your hip flexors are overactive, 3) if you lack thoracolumbar extension mobility.
